August 25, 2010 - Barbara Bushwhacker and Evil Lucia receive MVP awards. For the bout between the Hard Knox Allstars v. the Bleeding Heartland Flatliners, Barbara Bushwhacker was given the award of MVP for her great work as a backblocker. Bush was instrumental in the comeback win, adapting her blocking strategies and making big holes for Hard Knox jammers.

 

 

For the bout between the Hard Knox Brawlers v. the Bleeding Heartland Code Blue Assassins, Evil Lucia was given the award of MVP for her jamming and blocking. Evil is showing to be a natural at jamming and blocking, making big strides in a very short time.

Yard Sale and Car Wash Fundraiser Saturday, Sept. 4 8am-3pm

The Hard Knox Roller Girls will be having a Yard Sale and Car Wash fundraiser on Saturday, September 4 to help us raise money to get to Regionals in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Yard Sale will take place at Knoxville Billiards at 3920 Chapman Hwy from 8am-3pm. The Car Wash will take place next door at O'Reilly Auto Parts at 3940 Chapman Hwy from 10am-3pm.

In what started as a very tough match, the Hard Knox Brawlers got a win over Bleeding Heartland Rollergirls' Code Blue Assassins 126-69.

In a very physical bout, the Hard Knox Allstars beat Bleeding Heartland's Flatliners 112-66.

 

 

 

Knox Naughties Make Their Debut
The Hard Knox Rollergirls cheerleaders, the Knox Naughties, cheered for their first bout last night.

August 6, 2010 - Battle Ready Betty was given the MVP award for her work against the Little City Roller Girls. As back blocker, BRB was constantly re-engaging jammers, making it difficult for them to score. She played a big part in the win.

 

 

August 4, 2010 - For the August 14th bout, Hard Knox is gearing up for a tough match up. Last year when Hard Knox faced Bleeding Heartland, the bout was decided in the last jam with Bleeding Heartland taking the win. Hard Knox would like nothing more than to avenge the loss in front of their home crowd. Don't miss it!

 

August 1, 2010 - Hard Knox is in the process of making a video to help raise money for the WFTDA Regional Tournament that takes place in October. Sushi Roll will be in charge of the filming which takes place tomorrow. More information to come.
